This training can be done remotely (online) or face-to-face.
It lasts 6 hours.
At the end of the 6-hour course, you will be directly assessed in a 45-minute test.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification.
You must be of legal drinking age in the country where you are training to take part in the tastings, i.e. 18 in France.
The exam is closed book. It consists of 30 multiple-choice questions and lasts 45 minutes. There is no tasting.
All exam questions are based on published objectives, and the recommended teaching aids contain all the information needed to answer them.
To pass the exam, 70% of the questions must be answered correctly.
Only one correct answer may be given to each question, and this must be indicated on a computer-readable answer sheet. All instructions for completing the answer sheet will be given by the invigilator on the day of the examination. Each correct answer is worth one mark, and there is NO penalty for incorrect answers.
Yes, if you didn't pass the exam, you can. But BE CAREFUL, there will obviously be additional costs if you take the final exam again.
